The Cucina unique blend was created by the four original founders who wanted to drink an espresso that would transport them back to the espresso bars of Italy. With their combination of talent, knowledge and extreme passion they created the blend that satisfied their dream and first served it to their coffee loving customers at the original Cibo Ristorante & Pasticceria in 1996, where the journey began. Cucina coffee is roasted, blended and packed fresh from 100% Arabica & Robusta beans. Cucina’s coffee beans are sourced from Central America, South America and Ethiopia and selected depending on crop quality at the time. Once these beans are selected they are masterfully roasted, bringing together each of the different coffee origins that make the Cucina blend – a blend of the highest quality. This blend in the cup gives a smooth full bodied nutty coffee with a chocolate finish and hints of berry.
