Bread
Hand-made, baked fresh, daily… we take our bread very seriously. Like something of an artform, every loaf of our sourdough contains five simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, baker’s yeast and mother dough (our secret ingredient).
A natural source of fermentation allowing the sourdough to rise with only a touch of yeast, our mother dough is what gives our artisan breads their complexity in flavours and a texture unlike any other.
Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, there’s nothing like a loaf of Cucina Classica bread.
